When will my prints be shipped?

Wood canvases will take 5-7 business days to make before shipping.

 

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Priority Shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

What shipping method is used?

We send all items through USPS. Small orders will be sent via either Standard Shipping or Priority Shipping, depending on customer selection. Orders weighing over 1lb will automatically be send via Priority Shipping.

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Once we ship out, you will receive an email notification. It will include a tracking number if it is being delivered within the US. Updates usually start within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Do you offer store pickup?

Yes, we do! If you are local, you can save on shipping costs and avoid having to wait for delivery! Just select “Store Pickup” upon checkout. Please note that you will still need to provide a billing/shipping address for tax purposes.

We are located at 16540 Harbor Blvd, Suite H in Fountain Valley, CA.

Our normal store hours are M-F: 10am-8pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Prints must be picked up within 1 week of receiving pickup email or storage fees may apply.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship worldwide- we wouldn’t want to leave anyone out!

Shipping to most countries typically takes 1-2 weeks. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they may vary depending on the speed of the customs department in your country.

In rare cases, there may be unavoidable customs delays which can lengthen delivery time significantly. If your item shipped more than 4 weeks ago and has yet to arrive, please email us at info@woodscapeprints.com so we can attempt to help you investigate.

USPS includes limited tracking to select countries. If you are located in one of these countries, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. Contact us for more information.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed on by your country.
