Please keep in mind that we are utilizing natural materials, so there will be slight unavoidable variances from print to print. Each wood canvas has unique grain patterns, marks, and shading. We believe that this is what makes our prints so special! Your piece will be one of a kind and always high quality.
All of our prints are made to order. Due to this, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any print unless there has been a processing error or it has been damaged in transit.
What happens if my print is damaged in transit?
In the rare case that this happens, we will get it fixed as soon as possible! Contact us within 3 days of receiving your print. Please include clear photos showing the damage so that we may file a claim with USPS and replace your print.
